Alan Spaeth has been designing Marching Band and Winterguard shows since 1988.  He is known for creative, one-of-a-kind shows. Alan has designed for such groups as Plymouth-Canton Marching Band (MI) and was a Visual Consultant for The Cavaliers  and the Visual Coordinator for The Phantom Regiment. Alan is currently the visual designer for Flower Mound High School (TX) Marching Band.  Alan is a Founder/Owner of R&S Marching Arts –

Steven Ryan has been involved in the marching arts as performer, designer, instructor, and consultant for nearly 30 years. In addition to performing with The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, Alliance of Miami and Studio One he has designed for and consulted with groups including: Choctawhatchee HS Winter Guards,  The Spirit of Atlanta, The Cavaliers, and The Company Winter Guard.
