How to Be a Millionaire

I’m here to tell you how to be a millionaire, or how to be wildly successful in your chosen field!

At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to reread the classic bestseller Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.  Considered “The Granddaddy of All Motivational Literature,” this book shares concrete ideas and concepts to help us all learn how to THINK correctly in order to be successful.  The ideas are practical and inspiring.

One of the points that Napoleon Hill makes in the book is that although all knowledge is valuable, what you need to truly be successful and make money in your field is SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.  You need to know how to be better at the exact skills you really need in your own field.

Napoleon Hill: “First of all, decide on the sort of specialized knowledge you require, and the purpose for which it is needed.  To a large extent your major purpose in life, the goal toward which you are working, will help determine what knowledge you need….  Successful people, in all callings, never stop acquiring specialized knowledge related to their major purpose, business, or profession.  Those who are not successful usually make the mistake of believing that the knowledge-acquiring period ends when they finish school.”  p.104

The information you need is not hiding from you!  It is readily available from many sources, including ours.  But YOU must take the steps to acquire this information.  And it will come at a cost!  You must decide to give the time and attention required to watch and listen and learn.
