A champion Battery Arranger, Visual Designer, and Program Coordinator. Shane has arranged and worked with Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps, Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps, Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, Music City Mystique, Bangkok Society Drumline, Tyler Junior College, Choctawhatchee HS, along with several High School and Independent programs across the country. His inspiration and motivation comes from the kids and programs that allow him to be involved. He is also a proud artist and clinician for Innovative Percussion, Pearl Drums, Evans Drum Heads\Planet Waves, and Zildjian Cymbals.

Matt Filosa
Matt Filosa is a freelance percussionist, composer, and arranger currently residing in Fort Worth, Texas. Co-owner of the marching arts design company Synced Up Designs, Matt writes, designs for, and teaches marching bands and indoor percussion groups all over the country. Matt is the sound designer and front ensemble arranger for several WGI and DCI finalist groups, most notably PIW group Music City Mystique (co-arranger)  and the Cadets (Sound Design).  Passionate about the marching arts, it is Matt’s continued goal to inspire, educate, and promote music education and participation in the arts. Derrick Shannon is a percussion specialist originally from the Chicago-land area.  He currently holds the Director of Percussive Arts position at Plainfield Community Schools and formerly the Director of Percussive Arts position at Goshen Community Schools where he oversaw two World Class finalist ensembles that actively competed within Winter Guard International.  He started Percussive Soundscapes which offers a variety of services to the marching arts community including custom arrangements for band and winter percussion ensembles. He taught at Ball State University, judges during the weekends, consults with numerous groups across the country and is the Percussion Ensemble Creative Director for Legacy Performing Arts. He is also currently the President-Elect for the Indiana Percussion Association.

After marching seven summers of drum corps with groups such as the Phantom Regiment and Cavaliers, both in the battery and front ensemble, Derrick has become the Percussion Caption Head for the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps from Rockford, IL.  He received his Bachelors in Music Education at the VanderCook College of Music and his Master’s in Music Technology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Derrick proudly endorses Innovative Percussion, Pearl/Adams, Remo, Sabian, and Etymotic

Cliff Walker is an adjudicator, clinician, arranger, and composer with original works performed at PASIC, The Midwest Band Orchestra Clinic, DCI, WGI and BOA. He was the percussion director and percussion arranger the BOA Grand National Finalist, Blue Springs High School (2011-2015).

Clif is a former design team member and front ensemble arranger for 9-time WGI PIW Championship Finalist Gateway Indoor, founding director and arranger for WGI PIW Finalist Timber Creek Independent, and former caption head/arranger for Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps. He is an ensemble consultant with 2017 WGI PIA Gold Medalist Modulation Z, current design team member and front ensemble arranger for Odyssey Percussion from California, and consultant/arranger with the University of Missouri “Marching Mizzou” drumline.
