The way to stay young is to continue to be creative and active, both mentally and physically. Â We all know this, but we also tend to forget it.
You can have a life with more light, more balance, more strength and beauty and structure. You can have it all!
An interesting thing has happened this summer. As I have found myself in stressful and extremely busy times, I find that my system of self-care has floundered. At the times when I really needed it the most, I found myself not following through.
