His work with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps earned him fans and awards as he created innovative drill design that changed the activity and won 7 Drum Corps International World Championship titles. Michael has also been profoundly important in the winter activities, including his work with Pride of Cincinnati, Aimachi, and Escapade.
