Watch as college music education students experience a mock interview with professionals in the field.  These practice interviews are conducted by Dr. Stephen Lytle, John Franklin, and Tyson Wooters of LCL Mentors, a panel that includes an administrator who actually hires directors as part of his job!  This is a great opportunity to prepare and learn for this important moment in your career.  The 25 minute conversation AFTER the interview is full of valuable information we ALL can use with our programs.
