Brass Caption Head Mary Duerkop and Percussion Caption Head Lauren Teel share advice on creating a great member experience.  Both of these fine educators have proven they know how to create a culture of excellence and inclusiveness.   They also touch on work done during the off-season.  As Mary writes: “I also believe that the work we do in the winter/spring makes a huge impact on how we move into the summer – a lot of variables come into this process such as what the staff is doing to prepare members, the material we work on in the off-season, what we do at camps, etc.”
