My Grandmother loved the color red, and also helped me learn how to diffuse difficult situations.

Like Huey Lewis says, "It's Hip to be Square!" Take time tonight to plan tomorrow's meals, get to bed a little earlier, and take a few minutes to do something that makes you happy.

People are often shocked when you give them your full attention.

I encourage you to embrace the getting ready part of life.

We live in wondrous times and are surrounded by interesting opportunities, but it's easy to fall into boredom. We need to TAKE ACTION!

For eons,  humankind has been gathering around the fire for warmth, safety, and community.  When we gather, each person has the chance to be vulnerable and see the humanity in others.

Due to the nature of my schedule, I have to remember how to do the work each year. Here are some things I've learned that I hope will be helpful.

What we focus on is what we become.  What we think about all the time we become.  So who do you want to be?
