Improve your brass section by miles in one year!  Like the other sections, the brass educational staff was new to Pacific Crest in 2019. Caption Head Sean Phelan had just completed several years teaching at the Madison Scouts, and arrived at Pacific Crest just in time to help us prepare for the 2019 Rose Parade. He and Assistant Caption Head Nathan Pratt are joined by Sam Perez, Mira Swartzlander, and Bianca Dulong as they discuss their development of the 2019 brass program and its success.
